Overview

Usually, we would avoid anywhere we had to line up, but I’d been intrigued by this place since I saw the line up in Marylebone, spanning two blocks with people drinking pints out of plastic cups while they waited – a vibe I can get on board with! We got in quite quickly, I think because there were just two of us amongst many large groups of business men in suits. There is one thing on the menu, £33 for bread, steak and chips and a hearty starter salad. We also ordered their own red wine to accompany the meal, which we thought was particularly good. So much perfection in the simplicity – very French.. Don’t be concerned if you’re hungry – they bring you seconds!
